Terms of Service
Effective April 2026
Acceptance
By purchasing a sprint or registering for a kickoff session, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not enroll.
Sprint enrollment
Enrollment gives you access to all live sessions for your cohort, session recordings, and cohort communication channels. Your seat is personal and non-transferable — it cannot be gifted, resold, or assigned to another person.
Payments
All prices are shown at checkout in USD. Payment is due in full at time of enrollment. Dexity does not offer installment plans unless explicitly stated on a sprint page.
Refund policy
Full refund within 7 days of cohort start — no questions asked. After 7 days, no refunds are issued. To request a refund, email hello@dexity.com with your name and order details.
Content use
Sprint materials — slides, exercises, recordings, written content — are for your personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, publish, or share them publicly without written permission from Dexity.
Recordings
All sessions are recorded and made available to enrolled students within 24 hours of each session. Recording access is available for 12 months after your cohort ends.
Conduct
You agree to participate respectfully in all sessions and cohort channels. Dexity reserves the right to remove any participant who disrupts the learning environment. Removal for conduct violations does not entitle you to a refund.
Limitation of liability
Dexity provides educational content on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes, employment results, or business results from completing a sprint. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dexity's liability is limited to the amount you paid for your enrollment.
Changes to these terms
Dexity may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated by email.
